Ask yourself a simple question are you ready to change yourself? Do you have what it takes to change things in your life? In this era, where the world is changing so rapidly that our lives are dependent on adapting these changes. We want to get everything; to become successful, get a new house, a new car, a handsome salary for our all expenses and for our luxuries. We desperately want these things in our lives, right now this is the only thing that we all are focus on SUCCESS in material terms. To earn better and to get everything is all where our focus lies because the world told us to. So much so that because of this people are facing depression, they feel stressed out and then anxiety kicks in lightning-like a light bulb on and off waiting for one’s action to do its job, lots of workloads creating unproductivity which leads to dissatisfaction with their jobs, the divorce rate is skyrocketing.

All of these things are happening because we are more focused on getting everything, we are more focused on professional life but not on ourselves or our personal life. We are not focusing on changes within ourselves not adapting good habits which is more beneficial than hard work in professional life. Stress working, running towards success without a shred of concern about health, how one can maintain a positive self and a stress-free mind without which the other good habits are good for nothing. Life will become harder and challenging if there is no positivity with positivity comes comfort. If you don’t have these two co depending ingredients in your life the end will be nothing and slowly depression will take over your mind without you noticing.

People who choose good habits over a stressful life get prosperous results. When you start learning good habits initially you won’t feel like you are getting better results, the mind will start playing its mind games tricking you into thinking that this will not work for you, this is not who you are. Let me give you an example: when we get fever what it feels like? At first it starts with high temperature causing body pain, headache, fatigue, puking, and food feels tasteless and you lose energy. Right? But when we start taking remedies gradually we start feeling better, we start feeling that our energy is back, our taste is getting better and we feel hungry, we want to eat food that we like the most and after few days we feel perfect like the fever never happened. By considering this example when we take a decision that we have to change our lives we don’t get results rapidly everything takes time, so don’t lose hope small acts open great doors.

When things go wrong and you feel that you are not in the right direction and you are facing failure at this point our first action is often resistance. We get frustrated so quickly that we feel like it’s done we are not worth setting the right direction again. In that moment rather than panicking, stay calm and take a moment to think why these things are not working, why I am not getting results. At this moment focus on the important things of life can be difficult but failing in the first attempt to good life doesn’t you can’t set your direction again. Remember the best things don’t come easily you have to have patience, you have to trust the process! In a peaceful manner, you have to examine yourself on a regular basis ask yourself these questions are you going in the right direction? Are you happy with your life? Are you thinking positively? Reflect on it. Don’t search for answers quickly take your time and do this on a daily basis because the truth of life is that it needs daily reminders by repeating that we need to make a habit to think positive, to do better for ourselves and for others, to stay focus on our goals.

But do not degrade yourself by thinking negatively. This will disempower you. Avoid negative statements like “I CAN’T DO THIS, PEOPLE WILL LAUGH AT ME, I CAN’T AFFORD THIS AND THAT” these negative statements will do no good! It gives negative signals to your subconscious mind which leads us towards falling into the trap of lower self-esteem and things that we want in our lives will never happen. When you ask a negative question you will get a negative answer from mind when you think with a positive mindset your mind will give you answers and solutions that will promote in solving your problems. This is the first step towards positivity.

Most of us make a to-do list for the daily task but by the end of the day when we look at our to-do list something is always left to do. Don’t be hard on yourself. Not everything is in our hands to do. Things that you can easily do and eliminate the interference of others is the smartest thing you can do. When you accept that not all undoable task is yours to do, you will get psychological and physical benefits. Remember not always all things remain undoable. They take time and things when done at the right time always leave a lasting impression.

Don’t dwell in the past! Mostly people face that they can’t take themselves out of their past. Not becoming a prisoner of your past is the wisest thing to do. Nobody asked you to become a martyr of your past. Don’t blame as the past is no more with you in the present. Don’t let the past steal your present. Your past does not define you! It gives you a lesson to learn from the mistakes and move on because it’s a sign of maturity, not your identity. Your past makes you stronger for present and prepares you for your future so use it wisely to change things in your life and it will give you more comfort and success.
