Elton John Gives 50 Years To Music Industry

Elton John entered the world of music 50 years ago. His second album song ‘Your Song’ was a great hit of its time.

On 10th April 1970, Elton John began his career with his partner and lyricist Bernie Taupin and start making the greatest melodies of all time. The song ‘Your Song’ was an open song of the album which took the entire acknowledgment and top rankings in the UK and USA Top Charts for several weeks. The song is still the most recognizable to date. Elton John states that the song ‘Your Song’ is indeed the ‘first great novelty’ in the musical world.

Elton John was born in British town Pinner in 1947 and earned a scholarship in the prestigious Royal Academy of Music and then joined different back such as veteran blouse Long John Baldry. In 1969, John released ‘Empty Sky’ a debut album which no major effect but stayed with his partner Taupin. After the success of “Your Song’, he gave many hits like ‘Goodbye yellow brick’, ‘Candle in the wind’, Crocodile rock’, ‘Don’t go breaking my heart’ and ‘Daniel’.

The singer moved freely between ballads, glam, and hard rock while focusing on the melodic aspect. He gained major success through some explosive performances and always wore extravagant costumes, with funky glasses and he made that look which still characterizes him to date. John even had a crazy lifestyle with an excessive amount of alcohol consumption and drugs.

In the 90s, Elton decided to end the crazy lifestyle and started rehabilitation and returned to sobriety. Meanwhile, the success continued to accompany him in his new version of the old song ‘Don’t let the sun go down on me’ and also ‘Candle in the wind’ which was initially composed to give tribute to Marilyn Monroe

Recently, Elton John has settled down and adopted several children and also joined charitable causes while facing a farewell tour for some time.
