The upcoming and most anticipated Netflix action-comedy, Red Notice, is an upcoming new movie with Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, and Gal Gadot. It is scheduled to resume filming in September. Red Notice, revolves around the story of an Interpol agent and chief tracker (Johnson), as he searches for the world’s ultimate art thief (Gal Gadot) with the help of the world’s best and most notorious con man (Ryan Reynolds).
Another Ryan Reynold’s movie “Free Guy” is delayed due to the corona pandemic and will release by the end of this year. The movie started filming in January of this year but like many other movies, the film’s shooting was stopped due to the Covid-19 pandemic in March. But now as many movies and television series are going back to the sets, Red Notice is also on board.
An Instagram post hinted towards a new movie with Dwayne Johnson. The post was captioned “Back to work”. Dwayne announced the Netflix Red Notice will start filming in around mid of September. He also revealed that it will be challenging to continue shooting because of the safety precautions they will have to take while filming. His movie Black Adam will also start filming Next year.
He posted a video which showed that the casting company has been extra cautious after they return to the safest filming possible. Johnson said in that post that we are in beta phase which means the world might be a different place in the next month. The world has become very unpredictable and anything can happen at any time.

Many of the Netflix movies and series have started shooting again. Another Gal Gadot movie “Wonder Woman 1984” is speculated to release in the coming months which will explain the loose ends that were left off before. If the filming is completed in time with no issue, fans will most likely see the Red Notice on Netflix in 2021. Among other upcoming movies of Dwayne Johnson, Red notice has a special place due to its action-comedy genre.
