Today Sony has initiated the production of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2. Animator of the film announce this exciting news on Twitter as he shared a promotional gif with the title “First day on the Job” he also shares news that sequel will release in 2022. Well, the story of Sequel is still not much known, but the story will focus on the rising relationship between Miles Morales and Spider-Woman Gwen Stacy from another dimension. The first movie after the credit scene features Spider-Man 2099 Miquel O’Hara, so it is expected that he will perform an important role in the sequel.
After so many delays and pandemic shutdown finally sequel is starting its production, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2 was originally set to release on April 8, 2022, But due to delay in production and pandemic situation in April film release date move from original date to October 7, 2022.
