The Conjuring 3 Release Date Changed – No trailer so far!

When corona pandemic hit the world, and everything along with film theatres closed down in March. But as per speculations, it was estimated that things will get settled around July of 2020. Movies started pushing their release dates to mid of 2020, but the current health emergency crisis is getting serious and we cannot see theatres opening soon. The movies are pushing their release dates further to make a line for the release when things settle down. The Conjuring 3 was scheduled to release in September 2020 but is now officially pushed to June 2021.

The  Conjuring 3 is officially titled The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. Michael Chaves is the director of The Conjuring 3, he announced on social media to let horror franchise fans know about the alteration in release date. However, he also apologized to the Batman franchise fans to take their weekend of release. But this might be some misunderstanding because Batman is set to release in October 2021 instead of June 2021 (The Conjuring 3 release date).

Chaves also added that he knows that pushing release date might upset many fans but he himself is eagerly waiting for his favourite books, games and movies. He said a hope that his favourite things are on way gives him some stability in this unstable world.

The Conjuring 3 is the third part of conjuring movies, which are creepy enough to make you an insomniac. The most thrilling aspect of the movies is that they are all based on true stories. The Conjuring was based on a family’s story living in a farmhouse (built-in the 18th century)in Rhode Island. Roger and his wife Carolyn Perron live with their five daughters, who were horrified and even possessed by evil spirits. One of the daughters Lorraine, died aged 92, worked as a consultant for the film and as a paranormal investigator.

The second part was based on the Enfield Poltergeist case (1977-1979). This is the story of two sisters, aged 11 and 13, gets possessed at their mother’s council (haunted) house. The house was said to be possessed by an old man who used to live there and died on the chair. It was believed that the man talked through these girls after possessing them.

The social distancing world is getting tougher day by day and good books and movies could help us through these times. But unfortunately, we are deprived of the new books and movies this time. Michael Chaves himself feels bad and frustrated due to the delay of the movie.

The trailer of the Conjuring 3 is not released yet. Maybe the makers of the movie don’t want to spend on the marketing of a movie that is expected after 12 months. We think this might be a smart move to save marketing expense at this time.
